MEXC safety, licences and availability

Every fact here comes from MEXC's own pages, linked with the date we read them. Where we could not confirm something from a primary source, it says not confirmed.

Availability: where MEXC says it does not serve

Source: MEXC User Agreement, Prohibited Jurisdiction, no date shown. As of 2026-10-25.

North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Iran, Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, United States, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Kazakhstan, Russia, Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Sevastopol), Belarus, Canada.

Also any country under comprehensive EU or OFAC sanctions, and any country on the FATF call-for-action list.

Not confirmed: The en-GB copy of the same agreement did not list Russia or Belarus when we read it. We show the longer global list.

Compare all eight on the restricted countries tracker.

Identity checks (KYC)

Region-dependent. MEXC’s FAQ says missing KYC can block a deposit, a withdrawal, or a trade.
