Which countries 8 crypto exchanges exclude in their own terms

We read the terms or eligibility notice of eight exchanges on 2026-10-25 and copied the countries each one names. The full lists, with links and page dates, are on our restricted countries tracker.

What all eight name

• China (mainland), North Korea and Cuba appear in the terms of all eight: Bitunix, BloFin, KCEX, MEXC, BingX, Toobit, BYDFi and Tapbit.

What six name

• The United States, Canada and Singapore are named by Bitunix, BloFin, KCEX, MEXC, BingX and BYDFi.
• Toobit's clause 13.3 and the Tapbit terms we could read do not name them. That is not confirmation that either serves those countries; Tapbit points to a separate location page that did not load for us.

Narrower entries

• The United Kingdom is named by MEXC, BingX and BYDFi.
• France is named by Bitunix. The Netherlands is named by BingX. India is named by BloFin.
• The United Arab Emirates is named by Bitunix and BloFin. BloFin's terms add that it is not regulated by Dubai's VARA.
• Russia is named by MEXC's global user agreement. Belarus is named by BloFin, MEXC and Toobit.
• MEXC and BYDFi also exclude any country under comprehensive EU or OFAC sanctions and any country on the FATF call-for-action list.
