CLANKER +44.50% (14.09 to 20.36) on $20.4M, the busiest coin on the gainers list. It printed 27.06 at the top, so it already sits about 25% below the high. Longs pay +0.0701% per 4h, the 2nd-highest rate of all 753 perps.
CAP +29.51% on $5.1M, funding +0.0693% per 4h, 3rd-highest on the board.

Down the most

AKE -37.12% (0.003965 to 0.002493) on $10.6M, about 2.9% above its 24h low. Funding -0.0798% per 4h, and the mark (0.002517) sits about 1.3% under the index (0.00255).
HUMA -21.49% on $2.2M. Shorts pay -0.2345% per 4h, the 2nd most negative rate of 753 perps, behind only BMT at -0.2522%.
TRUMP -19.33% on $20.5M, but funding is only -0.0081% per 4h. A drop that size with near-flat funding suggests the selling wasn't driven by a crowd of new leveraged shorts.
