NuScale (SMR) perp on KCEX runs 5.54 to 6.09 on day one: longs pay funding, buy the 5.875 retest not the high
Key takeaway
KCEX listed SMR_USDT around 6:11 AM ET today, a USDT-margined perpetual on NuScale Power stock, with up to 25x.

Project review
NuScale Power develops small modular nuclear reactors. Revenue is still small, so the stock trades on contracts, policy and the AI data-center power theme. That makes it a high-beta momentum name: it can run hard on headlines and give it all back just as fast.

View: LONG, on a pullback
The US open flipped a morning fade at 5.541 into a clean run, first through 5.78, then 5.875, and now it's tagging new highs at 6.09. Trend is clearly up, but funding is positive and well above the flat rates on most new stock perps today, so longs are paying to stay in. Chasing the high here is poor risk; the better entry is a retest of the old 5.875 high as support.
Invalidation: a 15m close below 5.78.
Risks
Open interest is tiny, so a couple of market orders can move price a lot. Nuclear names swing hard on policy and contract news, and the perp keeps trading after the stock market closes. Keep leverage low.
