Crypto exchanges and the United States

Each row is the terms file already on this desk. A country that is missing is not marked as allowed.

Short answer

BloFin, Bitunix, KCEX, MEXC, BingX and BYDFi name the United States in the terms this desk copied. Tapbit publish a list that does not include it. Bitbase and Toobit did not confirm it either way. Absence from a list is not permission to open an account. Checked with the restricted-countries file.

Questions

If the United States is not on a list, is the exchange allowed there?

No. Absence from a copied list is not permission, a licence, or legal advice. The exchange can still refuse the account, and your own regulator is a separate question.

When were these lists copied?

The restricted-countries file was checked 2026-10-25. This country page was added 2026-11-04 and does not add countries the file does not contain.

Where is the full list for one exchange?

On that exchange's safety page, linked from each row. The index of every list is the restricted-countries hub.

Does a referral code change the country list?

No. The code attributes a signup. It does not remove a country the terms already name.

Not legal advice. Exchanges change these lists without notice. Read the linked terms before you sign up.
