How to claim the welcome rewards on BloFin

Rewards Hub tasks, the futures bonus, and the transfer rule that voids it

By Updated

Key takeaway

New BloFin accounts land on a page most people skim past: the Rewards Hub. It replaced the old Welcome Bonus page, and it is where every new-user task, mystery box and futures bonus actually lives. Here is how the whole flow works, start to finish, and the handful of rules that quietly wipe out a bonus if you miss them.

The image is BloFin's own Rewards Hub screenshot from its help center: the New Users Only tab with the Sign Up, First Deposit, First Trade and First Copy Trading tasks, each with its own countdown. The reward figures in that capture come from an earlier campaign, so treat your own hub as the only source for current amounts.

Step 1: Sign up, then open the Rewards Hub straight away

Create the account on the app or the website and log in. Open Rewards Hub from the top menu. The clock starts at registration, not when you first visit the hub. BloFin's new-user tasks have to be done within 7 days of signing up, and the separate deposit-and-trading challenge runs for 14 days from registration. Look at the countdown on each task before you do anything else.

Step 2: Identity verification, and what it does and doesn't gate

Every BloFin account starts at the Basic level. Per the help center, verification mainly changes your 24-hour withdrawal limit. Personal-information verification (ID plus a selfie) raises it, and address proof raises it again. You'll find it under your avatar, then Identification. Do it early, because you don't want a review pending on the day you want to pull profits out.

Step 3: The first deposit has to land in the right place

The new-user deposit task is about funding the Futures account, in USDT. BloFin's campaign terms count the net amount moved into futures, so money moved in and straight back out doesn't help. Each campaign sets its own minimum, so read the task card. Use a single transfer that clears the threshold rather than several small ones.

Step 4: First trade, and what counts as volume

The trading task needs a real futures trade from your main account. Sub-accounts and demo accounts don't count. The recent hub terms also say only taker trades held longer than one minute count toward campaign volume, so opening and instantly closing won't register. A small position on a liquid pair like $BTC.USDT or $ETH.USDT is plenty to tick the box.

Step 5: Claim, then find where the bonus sits

Finished tasks pay out as mystery boxes or tiered rewards. Futures bonuses are credited to your futures account, and BloFin also sends an email. Coupons and vouchers appear under My Coupons. On the 14-day challenge, reaching a higher tier pays only the difference over what you already received, and cumulative deposit rewards come after a short deposit observation period.

How the futures bonus behaves

  • It trades USDT-M futures only. It can't go to your funding account and can't be withdrawn.
  • It can be used as margin to open a position.
  • It covers 100% of futures trading fees and 50% of losses and funding fees. The other half of any loss comes from your own money.
  • Profits you realize with it are yours to keep, transfer or withdraw.
  • The default validity is 7 days, though some campaigns set their own period. When it ends, the bonus is retrieved.
  • It doesn't work with bots (Signal Bot, Futures Grid, DCA, Copy Trading Bot) or coin-margined contracts.
  • If your total deposit is under $30 and under half your bonus, leverage is capped at 5x.

The mistake that costs people the whole bonus

Transferring any asset out of the futures account (or the copy-trading account) during the validity period immediately recycles the bonus in that account. Unclaimed bonuses waiting in the hub get revoked as well. So if you want to withdraw profit, do it after the bonus period ends, or accept that the bonus goes. Moving funds out first and reading the rules second is the classic way to lose it.

Leverage and liquidation, plainly

A bonus doesn't make futures safer. It's borrowed buying power with a timer on it. Your own deposit still takes half of every loss, and a leveraged position can be liquidated just as quickly whether the margin came from a promo or your wallet. If the bonus expires while a position is open, your available margin drops, and that can push a thin position toward liquidation. Keep leverage low, use a stop, and size every trade so a full stop-out is an amount you'd be fine losing.

A sane way to use it

Pick one or two liquid perps, say $SOL.USDT or $XRP.USDT alongside $BTC.USDT, use isolated margin, keep size small, and treat the week as practice with order types, TP/SL and funding rather than a shot at a jackpot. Check whether the bonus is still active before every trade. Note the expiry date. Don't move funds out until you're done.

FAQ

Where do I find BloFin welcome tasks?

Open Rewards Hub from the BloFin account menu, then the New Users Only tab. Tasks such as Sign Up, First Deposit and First Trade appear with their own countdowns.

What does the Futures Bonus cover?

Per BloFin help, Futures Bonus credit is applied to futures trading fees and a share of losses inside the stated window. Live task amounts are shown in your hub, not in this article.

What voids the bonus?

Moving the bonus-related funds out of the futures wallet, or letting the task window expire, typically voids unused credit. Confirm the current rules in Rewards Hub before you transfer.

Do I need KYC first?

BloFin identity verification is required for higher limits. Complete KYC from Account Functions before large deposits so withdrawals and rewards are not blocked later.
