How to Sign Up, Verify, Deposit and Withdraw on Bitbase

By Updated

Short answer

To start on Bitbase, register at www.bitbase.com and verify your identity with a passport, national ID or driver's license. To deposit, choose the coin and the same network you're sending from. Withdrawals need a security code by email, Google Authenticator or SMS. Withdrawal fees vary by coin and network, and the withdrawal page shows them before you confirm.

Checked

This guide follows Bitbase's own help center step by step. It covers opening an account, the identity check (KYC), depositing on the right network, funding your futures account and withdrawing. Where Bitbase doesn't publish a number, such as per-coin withdrawal fees or processing times, we say so instead of guessing.

Which Bitbase is this?

This guide covers Bitbase at www.bitbase.com, a crypto exchange run by Bitbase Global Inc. (Panama). Its help center is at bitbase-support.zendesk.com and is linked from the bitbase.com footer. bitbase.es is a different business, a Spanish Bitbase with its own website. Nothing in this guide applies to it.

Before you enter a password or send funds, check that the website, app or social account is genuine with Bitbase's official verification checker. For registrations and proof of reserves, see Is Bitbase legit?

Step 1: Create your Bitbase account

  1. Go to www.bitbase.com or download the official Bitbase app. Type the address yourself rather than clicking a link in a message.
  2. Click Sign up and follow the registration steps. Use a strong password you don't use anywhere else.
  3. Set up two-factor authentication straight away. Bitbase's help center has a Google Authenticator guide. You'll need these security methods later: every withdrawal asks for a security code, and if only one security method is linked, Bitbase asks you to link another (phone or Google Authenticator) before you can withdraw.

Who can sign up. Bitbase's Terms of Use bar "Restricted Persons". That includes residents of prohibited jurisdictions, people on sanctions lists such as the OFAC SDN list, politically exposed persons and anyone under 18. The Terms also forbid using a VPN or proxy to get around geographic restrictions. Bitbase publishes no named country list, so check our restricted-countries page and Bitbase's Terms before you register.

Step 2: Verify your identity (KYC)

Bitbase's identity verification article (updated October 20, 2026) sets out the basics:

  • Accepted documents: passport, national ID card or driver's license.
  • Age: only users aged 18 to 65 can complete KYC.
  • What KYC changes: "The features available to your account and your withdrawal limits may vary depending on your current KYC verification status."

The Terms of Use (section 4.5) add that you may be required to complete KYC to access certain features. Bitbase can restrict an account until verification is done and can apply tiered limits based on verification status.

Futures. Bitbase's futures beginner's guide tells you to "complete all required verifications and account activation steps for futures trading as prompted" before your first trade. Bitbase doesn't say whether spot trading needs KYC.

Card purchases. Quick Buy requires Bitbase KYC first, and the card or wallet provider may run its own separate check.

Limits. Your limits depend on your verification status. Check the limits shown in your account. We don't quote limit numbers because Bitbase's published table isn't consistent.

Step 3: Deposit crypto on the right network

From Bitbase's web deposit guide (updated October 20, 2026). The app guide follows the same flow.

  1. Log in and click the Deposit icon at the upper right.
  2. Select the coin you want to deposit, for example USDT.
  3. Select the network. It must be exactly the same network the sending wallet or exchange uses, for example USDT on ERC-20 on both sides. If a Memo or Tag field appears, you must include it.
  4. Choose the receiving account: Spot or Futures.
  5. Copy the deposit address or scan the QR code, then send the funds from your other wallet or exchange.
  6. Track the transfer with its transaction ID (TxID) on a block explorer.

Bitbase's notes on deposits:

  • Each coin has a minimum deposit amount.
  • The sending platform may charge its own withdrawal fee.
  • Deposit addresses can change from time to time, so always copy the latest address from the deposit page.
  • Blockchain transactions can't be reversed.
  • How long a deposit takes depends on the coin, network congestion and the number of confirmations required.

Warning: wrong network or missing memo. If you send on a different network from the one selected, or leave out a required memo or tag, the deposit may not arrive and the funds can be lost. Check the coin, network, address and memo before you send. Try a small test amount first.

Step 4: Move USDT to your futures account

Futures trades use the margin in your Futures account. If your USDT landed in Spot, transfer it from Spot to Futures inside Bitbase before you trade. The futures beginner's guide also covers cross and isolated margin and take-profit and stop-loss orders. For a walkthrough with screenshots, see your first Bitbase futures trade. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains, and a leveraged position can be liquidated.

How to withdraw from Bitbase

From Bitbase's web withdrawal guide (updated October 21, 2026). The app guide follows the same flow.

  1. Click the Funds icon at the upper right, then Spot → Deposit & Withdrawal → Withdraw.
  2. Search for the coin you want to withdraw.
  3. Enter the withdrawal address, choose the network and enter the amount. The page shows the fee and the amount you'll receive before you confirm.
  4. Click Withdraw and complete security verification: an email code, Google Authenticator or SMS, depending on your account settings.
  5. Follow the withdrawal status: Processing, Completed or Failed.

Things to know:

  • The minimum withdrawal differs by coin and is shown on the withdrawal page.
  • Timing depends on the network, the confirmations needed and any security review. Bitbase gives no fixed time.
  • If only one security method is linked, Bitbase asks you to link another (phone or Google Authenticator) before you can withdraw.
  • Travel Rule: Bitbase's Terms of Use (section 11.3) say it applies the FATF Travel Rule, using the VerifyVASP and CODE protocols, and AUSTRAC requirements. When a deposit or withdrawal involves another exchange or custodian (a VASP), Bitbase must collect and send sender or recipient details. You may be asked for that information.

Bitbase deposit and withdrawal fees

  • Deposit fee: Bitbase's deposit guide lists no Bitbase deposit fee. It warns that the sending platform may charge its own fee.
  • Withdrawal fee: Bitbase says withdrawal fees vary by coin and network, and the withdrawal page shows the fee and the amount you'll receive before you confirm. Bitbase's fee page (bitbase.com/rate) loads its table with a script, and we couldn't read per-coin figures on November 1, 2026. Use the number on your withdrawal screen.
  • Trading fees: VIP 0 futures fees are 0.02% maker and 0.06% taker. Spot fees are 0.10% maker and 0.10% taker. Bitbase's public market data showed 0.02%/0.06% on 765 of 768 live perpetuals on November 1, 2026 at 6:30 PM ET. See the Bitbase deep dive, what a 10,000 USDT trade costs on Bitbase, maker vs taker fees and our fees page.

Common deposit and withdrawal problems

Deposit sent on the wrong network. Bitbase requires the deposit network to match the sending network exactly. Contact Bitbase support right away with the details below. Recovery isn't guaranteed.

Missing memo or tag. For coins that use a memo or tag, a deposit without one may not be credited automatically. Contact support with the TxID.

Deposit not credited. First check the TxID on a block explorer to see whether the transaction has enough confirmations. If it's confirmed and still missing, Bitbase asks you to contact support with your UID, coin and amount, network, TxID, time of transfer and deposit address.

Withdrawal stuck on "Processing". Withdrawals can wait for network confirmations or a security review. If the status is Failed, check the address, network and minimum amount, then try again or contact support.

Can't withdraw crypto bought with Quick Buy. Crypto bought through Quick Buy has a 24-hour withdrawal restriction. Bitbase says the restriction can't be lifted manually.

Asked to add a security method. If only one security method is linked, Bitbase asks you to link another (phone or Google Authenticator) before a withdrawal can go through.
