How to claim the welcome rewards on Bitbase
Rewards Hub vouchers, Futures Bonus vs Position Voucher, and what voids them
Key takeaway
Bitbase doesn't run a single fixed welcome bonus. New-account perks arrive as vouchers in its Rewards Hub, issued through official campaigns, tasks or a dedicated BD manager, and the hub was relaunched on October 17, 2026 with new task formats. So the real skill is knowing where vouchers land, which kind you have, and which actions void them.

Here's the walkthrough, based on Bitbase's help-center guides.
The image is Bitbase's own help-center screenshot of Rewards Hub, then My Vouchers: tabs for Inactive, Available, Used and Expired, with a Position Voucher and a Futures Bonus side by side. Those are the two reward types you'll meet, and they work very differently.
Step 1: Create the account and complete verification
Register on the official site and finish identity verification. Bitbase accepts a passport, national ID card or driver's license, and only users aged 18 to 65 can complete KYC. Your available features and withdrawal limits depend on your verification status, and futures access requires it. Don't plan around skipping it.
Step 2: Make the first deposit, and pick the receiving account
Click Deposit at the top right and pick the coin. Choose the exact network your sending wallet uses and add a Memo/Tag if the page asks for one. Bitbase is blunt that the wrong network or a missing tag can mean lost funds. Then choose the receiving account, Spot or Futures. Because a Futures Bonus needs a minimum amount of your own funds in the futures account before it can be activated, crediting futures directly saves a transfer.
Step 3: Find the Rewards Hub
On the web, open More in the top navigation, then Rewards Hub, then My Vouchers. Each voucher lists its type, amount or face value, validity period, eligible pairs, offset ratio or leverage limits, and usage requirements. Read those details. They are the actual rules for your specific reward, and they override any general description, including this one.
Step 4a: Futures Bonus (works alongside your own funds)
Press Use Now to activate it. Activation fails if your futures account doesn't hold the minimum own funds. When you see Trade Now, it's done. The bonus then combines with your money as futures margin. Losses are shared according to the offset ratio on the voucher: at 100% the bonus absorbs losses first, at 50% the loss is split. Trading fees come out of your own funds, not the bonus. The principal can't be withdrawn or transferred, but profits made with it can be withdrawn under the rules.
Step 4b: Position Voucher (runs on its own)
Press Claim. When the button changes to Use, open the USDT-M futures order panel, select the voucher, pick your side and leverage within its limits, and confirm. It's single-use, isolated margin only, and separate from your own balance. It doesn't support adding to the position, partial closes, limit closes, reversing, or TP/SL orders. A voucher position can be held for 24 hours at most, then the system closes it at market.
What voids a bonus
- Transferring anything out of the futures account resets a credited Futures Bonus to zero, and doing it while the bonus is in use can invalidate all bonus funds immediately.
- Redeeming a new Futures Bonus invalidates the one currently in use.
- An unused bonus expires at the end of its validity period and is reclaimed.
- Bonuses are for personal use only, and bonus volume doesn't count toward fee-rebate programs.
Risk, stated plainly
When a Futures Bonus expires, Bitbase reclaims it, and that can cut your available margin hard enough to cause position reduction, liquidation, or cancelled orders. Bitbase's own wording is that bonuses don't remove trading risk. Leverage magnifies losses on your own funds as well. Watch your margin as the expiry date approaches, and close or resize positions before then.
Practising sensibly
Keep size small on deep markets: $BTC.USDT, $ETH.USDT, $SOL.USDT, $XRP.USDT or $LINK.USDT, within whatever pairs your voucher allows. Use a Position Voucher to learn the order flow without your own money. Use a Futures Bonus only with a stop and leverage low enough that a bad candle doesn't end the account.
